Personality Test Revelation!

I recently stumbled on @SallyHogshead's online personality test, designed to reveal the "natural superpower" of your personality. I was honestly greatly surprised with the results! Here is what I got..

"The Fascination Personality Test® doesn’t measure how you see the world…it measures how the world sees you."

The process is simple, by logging on to howtofascinate.com, you are asked a set of 28 questions (around 5 min of your precious time) to analyze your character. And just like that, the Fascination Personality Test will identify your primary Advantage being "what makes you most persuasive and captivating" and secondary advantage, your "second highest mode of communication", to reveal your personality Archetype.

And My Personality Archetype Is ... (drum roll) ...

Since I only took the free test, I was not able to access Sally's full report. But with some research I got to make a sense out of it. And I must say I was quite convinced or should I say fascinated with the results!

My primary advantage is ALERT. Apparently only 8% of the population who took the fascination test are described as Alert. An Alert persona is someone who is organized and highly attentive to details, who exhibits "a strong will and determination" and who expects high quality results #leadership #manager! So far so good! It seems like a pretty accurate mirroring of my behaviors.

My second Advantage is POWER. A powerful person, as described by Sally, is someone who is confident and goal oriented; an influencer with self assured ideas and innovative actions #futureinfluencer?

And here is the interesting part. The combination of these two advantages gives you your archetype persona. There are 49 different archetypes. I was greatly surprised when I saw that my archetype is THE ACE!

About The ACE

Well first, I must say without even reading the description of an Ace personality, I felt somehow proud of my report. I mean who wouldn't want to be perceived as THE ACE?#badass But I was mostly fascinated with the results when I actually read about the characteristics of my personality:

"People respect you for your tireless pursuit of what you believe in"

Yes you read this right! I am respected for my "tireless pursuit" of what I believe in! #ThePursuitOfBazella!

I am also perceived as a leader who sets goals and stays focused on these goals until they are accomplished.

Needless to say that it fits perfectly with my current situation of pursuing my career goals far away from home!
